On the evening of Saturday, September 19th at 6:30pm the Spirit in Nature community invites you to join us for an autumn equinox gathering- a reflective, family-friendly time to pause and welcome the change of season. Walk the lantern-lit path to a campfire at the Sacred Circle. Once gathered, we'll share poetry, song, the warmth of community, and a hot cup of tea. A short, guided time of meditation along the paths will be on offer for any who would like to participate. We’ll tune in to what’s happening in the natural world around us in September. And we’ll offer a reading of the picture book “Time of Wonder” by Robert McCloskey. There’s a quiet power to these gatherings—no matter your faith or background, you’re welcome to come, sit, listen, and just be. Bring a poem, story, or thought to share; bring an intention or a burden to release to the fire. We'll close our time together with the singing bowl at 8pm.
